Erica was born in San Francisco and grew up in the Bay Area. She earned her undergraduate degree at Azusa Pacific University with a major in Global Studies and a minor in Spanish. After working in corporate retail, she switched over to administrative roles where she enjoys helping others and making the office an inviting place for everyone. 

Erica has experience in education as a writing tutor and has built experience in empathy and communication from her time working in customer service roles. She's studied foreign languages and has an appreciation for the effort people have put in to master speech and language.
